The inspiration for this project came from my friend Joanna Kohl. During the Tangled Folk Art series, she told us about the beautiful ceramics from Poland.

Bolesławiec ceramics have been made for centuries from natural stoneware clays, which are in the vicinity of Bolesławiec, in the Bóbr and Kwisa basins. The oldest pottery in in this region already existed in the 16th century.

I’ve selected a different style of pottery to share with you as a Zentangle Inspired Art piece.
